Do I need any business experience to use Zeni?+
No. I’m built for people who are new to running a business. You don’t need to know the terminology or how taxes work — I explain everything in plain English, at your own pace.
What kind of businesses is Zeni for?+
I’m built for service-based businesses (freelancers, coaches, consultants, agencies), ecommerce businesses (online stores, product sellers, Amazon sellers), and digital businesses (SaaS, info products, digital services). If you’re running or starting an online business — with or without U.S. ambitions — I’m the right fit for you.
Do I need to download a new app?+
No. I work entirely through WhatsApp — the app already on your phone. Nothing to install, no dashboard to learn. You message me like you’d message anyone.
